Heather Malycha

Heather Malycha is an experienced industry professional with a love of swimming and is excited about empowering all to question, challenge and have fun learning. Heather is currently a member of the Swim School Leadership Team at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre and enjoys mentoring and training staff across all levels of Learn to Swim. In addition, Heather presents courses for new and current teachers who are looking to share the same passion. Heather believes and lives by customer service being a crucial part of building an ongoing rapport. To Heather, rapport resides on communication, approachability and transparency which are the fundamentals of best return custom, and the best outcome for learning and transferring skills.
