Jake Culkin is the Director of Inclusive Swim and former CEO of Royal Life Saving South Australia, with over a decade of experience in aquatic management and program delivery. Holding a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation Management and a Master of Business Administration, Jake was awarded the 2023 Governor’s Multicultural Award. He specialises in developing inclusive, sensory-friendly swimming programs for autistic individuals, enhancing water safety skills and overall wellbeing.
