Peter Kennedy

Peter recently joined the Learn to Swim industry in 2024 and is currently appointed as Group Head of Learning & Development for Carlile Swim (the joining of Aquatic Achievers, Carlile Swimming and Kirby Swim). Peter is a Registered Psychologist and has over 15yrs of consulting experience across private and government sectors spanning a range of industries (e.g., mining and utilities, healthcare, and finance), both within Australia and internationally. He is passionate about using evidence-based practices to help cultivate high performing teams, boost employee engagement, and deliver operational effectiveness.
